I cannot say enough good things about Xin Furnishing! From start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional. The quality of the vinyls is top-notch—pristine sound, beautifully packaged, and exactly as described. And their staff who did the laying were very meticulous and professional in their work. Kudos to them.

But what truly sets this seller apart is their (Kris and Wilson) attitude and dedication to customer satisfaction.
Their communication was prompt, friendly, and incredibly helpful. You can tell they genuinely care about what they do and who they’re doing it for. Every interaction felt personal, respectful, and professional and my request was attended to immediately.

It’s rare to find someone who not only loves what they do but also goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. Even though I had to change the installation date a few times, Kris was very patient and accommodating which shows he truly understands his customer's needs.

I’ll definitely be a returning customer. Highly recommend to anyone who loves vinyl and appreciates professional, honest and thoughtful service

Thank you Kris and Wilson for the great job done.

Very impressed with the service provided. The appointment was punctual, and communication was clear throughout the process. The vendor took the initiative to explain the vinyl pattern layout clearly and even provided photos to confirm the design, which helped avoid any miscommunication. The work was nicely done, and the attention to detail was much appreciated.
